How to Register your Pony or Hack

Complete the Registration Form (appropriate to your horse's colour) and return it together with two coloured photographs one from each side of the horse) and the Registration Fee.

You will receive a Registration Certificate which remains yours until the pony/hack is sold or dies. In the event of either of these happening, the certificate must be returned to the Registrar. If the pony/hack is sold, the existing owner must complete the Change of Ownership (on the reverse side of the Certificate) and return it to the Registrar along with a fee of $5. The Registrar will then forward the certificate to the new owner.

All youngstock are registered on a Temporary Register until the age of 3 yrs, at which time updated photographs are required before the pony/hack is transferred to the Master Register.
